Create a microbrewery in Aureille came as an evidence after ou activity of gîte host and bike rental. It’s like finishing a loop of activities, now you can enjoy a local craft beer when visiting the Alpilles or after a nice bike ride. 

We tried to find a local malthouse and hop garden that product with organic techniques because we believe it is the only way to have a sustainable future and to reach high standards of quality.

We worked on an American Pale Ale recipe and made adjustments, at some point we managed to create « la Détendue », a high fermentation beer with a citrus smell, an exotic fruits taste and a subtile bitterness.
