Our rental house and our bicycle rental company are authorized to receive you again from Monday, May 11, 2020. In order to ensure maximum security, we have adapted our procedures and reinforced our cleaning and disinfection protocol.

For our rental house Le Panorama des Alpilles:

– Before each rental, the accommodation is ventilated, cleaned and disinfected according to a precise procedure. In order to ensure maximum transparency, we will be able to present the check list which details the actions carried out. The disinfectants used are approved and conform to standard EN14476

– We provide you with hydro-alcoholic gel in several rooms of the accommodation as well as hand soap in the bathrooms and the kitchen.

– When welcoming or leaving tenants, we respect and ask you to respect barrier gestures (coronavirus-adoptez-les-gestes-barrieres-affichette). The inventory and the presentation of the accommodation will be carried out between the owner (or his representative) and only one of the customers.

For our Panorama Outdoor bike rental :

– We provide you with hydro-alcoholic gel on the reception desk

– For payment, deposit and signature of the contract, access to the bike workshop is limited to one person wearing a mask. The payment terminal will be disinfected before and after your intervention.

– The bikes and equipment provided (helmets, repair kits, etc.) are disinfected on return as well as on delivery with products approved and in accordance with standard EN14476.

– Outside, during the reception, briefing or return, we respect and ask you to respect the barrier gestures (coronavirus-adoptez-les-gestes-barrieres-affichette)
