Duration and cost of rent
For the periods from mid-June to mid-September and the weeks of French school vacation , weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.
The rest of the year, stays from 4 nights minimum are authorized (on request and depending on the context, stays of 2 nights may be authorized) :
From mid-September to end of October and from May to mid-June: 210€/night*
From November to April: 195€/night *
*over 8 people, €15/day/person
Rental conditions
For any stay, a flat rate of €150 for cleaning and the provision of sheets and towels will be applied.
Tourist taxes will be due upon entry into the rental (informations on https://ccvba.taxesejour.fr)
A deposit of 1000€ is requested at the entrance (by check or credit card)
